close widget icon should not be visible when config view is active

I'm evaluating the desktop app v0.1.0 (debian package).

Here are the steps to reproduce

  1. loaded csv data with x y z random variables
  2. go to 'Analyze' view
  3. click on bubble plot

The widget you see now has an 'x bubbleplot' button as well as a 'cog wheel' button. The 'x bubbleplot' button is now only visible when the configuration overlay is active/visible. Instead I would prefer that the 'x bubbleplot' button is only visible when the configuration overlay is not visible.
