Add discussion about how to define the team

In scientific research projects and open source development projects, especially at the eScience center, it is not always clear what the boundaries of the team are.

E.g. in team beta at some point the PhD student and PI were semi part of the team joining stand-ups and working on sprint board issues. Also various engineers joined the team for a sprint now and then or some random days. Apart from it enhancing collaboration and ensuring a nice relationship with the PI, and other project members, it also made the team become less well defined which influenced the interactions within the team.
