Regardless of what the fix for #2043 is, do we want to keep uncertainties marked as SKIP in the files? Shouldn't they be moved to a uncertainties_full.yml variant or something?

(they make the file heavier and slower to read, nothing to write home about but I don't think they are necessary?)
