Artist tags are broken on Inkbunny

The way to search all images of a particular artist on Inkbunny is the "artist:xyz" tag (the word artist, then a colon, followed by the name of the artist). This syntax is somehow broken in the app. Any artist: tag that I have tried only returns 0-2 images where I'd expect tens or hundreds of images to show.

One specific example is the tag "artist:pandapaco". We would expect the app to return 1776 images to view, but instead it only returns 2 images. For other artists only 1 image is returned or even no data at all, when they have hundreds of images in their gallery. I don't know what might be the cause of this.
