ww3_multi not working with ice_param and mud_param

Describe the bug
the ice_param and mud_param are not taken into account in ww3_multi because JFIRST is set at 1 in wminitmd.F90
To Reproduce
mww3_test_08 with ICE1 activated
Expected behavior
ice thickness should taken into account
in wminitmd.F90, JFIRST should be defined at -7 if ice or mud param are activated, like it is already done for ww3_shel.F90
