What is wrong?

env/WCOSS2.env does not contain any ocnanal entries.

What should have happened?

Since JEDI-based marine DA is part of GFS v17, WCOSS2.env should include ocnanal entries

What machines are impacted?

WCOSS2

Steps to reproduce

  1. clone g-w develop
  2. cd env
  3. a search for ocnanal in WCOSS2.env returns no entries

Additional information

While comparing ocnanal entries between HERA.env, HERCULES.env, ORION.env, and WCOSS.env, notice that HERCULES.env is missing ocnanalecen and ocnanalletkf. g-w PR #2700 adds ocanalecen to HERCULES.env. ocnanalletkf remains to be added to HERCULES.env
