Describe the bug
Weird diss_est fields are obtained in two cases:
-In the whole domain when running without vorticity damping.
-In the sponge layers only when running with vorticity damping.
To Reproduce
Turn do_diss_est on and look at diss_est diagnostics after one timestep
Expected behavior
Should yield physical values
