CI clean up is failing

Describe the bug

You can see in the link above, that we are getting Directory not empty errors when trying to delete the run directories that are 30 days or older.

To Reproduce
Will reproduce everytime the "Old Build Cleanup" CI is triggered (which is scheduled to run daily at midnight).

Expected behavior
Directories will be recursively deleted, CI will not fail.

System Environment
Our cloud cluster being used as the runner.
