The executable in /home/mdteam/DET/analysis/mdtf/mdtf is not working, and throws the following error:

  File "/home/mdteam/DET/analysis/mdtf/mdtf", line 15, in <module>
    from src import util
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'src'

steps to reproduce:

  1. clone the repo and check out the develop branch; configure the default_gfdl.jsonc file as needed
  2. cd MDTF-diagnostics
  3. source src/conda/conda_init.sh /home/mdteam/anaconda
  4. conda activate /home/mdteam/anaconda/envs/_MDTF_base
  5. /home/mdteam/DET/analysis/mdtf/mdtf -f default_gfdl.jsonc
