Support annual frequency data

The default pre-processor recognizes the following time frequencies:

/ Time frequency the data should be sampled at. Currently recognized
      // values are '1hr', '3hr', '6hr', 'day' and 'mon'.

Adding support for ann frequencies would benefit ocean analysis. Many ocean fields can be analyzed at annual frequencies, especially within OM4Labs.
