Provide a way to automatically list all the contributors on our GitHub page, not just the ones that contribute code. It could be an idea, design, docs, etc. Issue to track the installation and usage of related bot.

PRs get automatically created when we comment on a PR to add a user for a particular contribution. README at the bottom reflects the contributors.
