Additional info for GFDL (internal) CMIP variables

We want to be able to get the CF and or long names for the variables in the framework.
For this, we will supply the framework a csv with the GFDL and CMIP(CMOR) variable mapping plus the additional info regarding modeling_realm, long name CF name and cmor units.
There will also be an example pandas usage of the csv file, for the framework to build upon if needed.
