Describe the bug
Eagle compute nodes aren't able to clear out the /tmp/scratch without timing out after one of our batch jobs. This causes them to be pulled out of the queue until someone from the HPC team can fix it.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Run a job on Eagle

Delete the files ourselves at the end of each array job.
