Russian translation

Hi @mattt! I want to translate NSHipster in russian, what do you think about the idea?

I'd be happy to contribute to Russian translation as well.

As a matter of fact, I believe there should be a proper guide for setting up and contributing to localized nshipster.
I just tried to run jekyll server locally, got Ruby 2.0.0p247, all the latest gems, run bundle install, then bundle exec jekyll server and got lots of errors like this

Conversion error: There was an error converting 'nshipster.com/_posts/2013-01-21-nslocalizedstring.md'.

All coming from maruku.

So it seems I have to have specific gem versions and probably Ruby version to test it locally.

Then there's compass watch . which doesn't work in /path/to/nshipster.com, but works in /path/to/nshipster.com/assets.

And even after I managed to run bundle exec jekyll server in newly created nshipster.ru folder with just 1 post in _posts, the server starts but the page I see has no CSS at all, just plain text on white background.

I'd appreciate any help with the setup, thanks.

Thanks for your interest in contributing Russian translations for NSHipster! I'm actively working to make that a reality.

The changes from #15 should provide up-to-date instructions for getting everything up-and-running. Let me know if you run into any difficulties.

In the meantime, feel free to send pull requests to the Articles repository, which is where article content lives. Thanks!
