When enableManualDismiss is enabled any click on an action will dismiss the toast.

When enableManualDismiss is enabled any click on an action will dismiss the toast.

This is going to be left as is I don't think that if you click an action that you would ever need the toast to stay open.

Both the toast and action callback get called regardless.
