Software (Frontend): Make each character of the keyboard flicker at the specified frequency

Each letter of the keyboard must flicker at a specific frequency. This can either be done through a sine wave (bright and dim) or a square wave (on and off). The frequencies for each letter are taken from frequency_config.json which is in the config directory of the repository.
