Soundcite Clips on Mobile not playing properly

If you use Soundcite on a mobile device, a user brought up that although they had the clip start at a certain time in the middle, the clip starts at the beginning. However, it works fine on desktop. According to the Soundcite website, "If you have SoundCite clips with a Start time other than 0, you may experience unpredictable playback behavior."
Anything we can do about this?
