If you go to https://github.com/NVIDIA/gpu-monitoring-tools#dcgm-exporter there's a link to installation and run instructions: https://github.com/NVIDIA/gpu-monitoring-tools/blob/master/exporters/prometheus-dcgm/README.md which is 404.
Would be also nice to have more detailed description of cli flags, env variables or config file that exporter takes. As well as prebuilt binaries in releases :)

I recommend using the docker build instead of the prometheus-dcgm.
prometheus-dcgm is not compatible with dgcm 2.X and is returning wrong values.
The docker image work just fine and is fully compatible with prometheus
