As a system admin I want to validate NVIDIA CR’s before deploying them to production.

kubectl nv validate <crd> <file>

We have multiple CRD's (GPU Operator, Network Operator for example) and they are complex to edit, sometimes debugging this takes time. having a command to verify a CR file before applying can save time.
