Trouble with downloading data

Hello, thanks for open-sourcing such a well structured code!

I am currently having trouble with trying to download the pre-processed data shared on globus.

Even after logging in, it seems like the download button is disabled. Has anything changed with the permission? What can I do to fix this? Below is the screenshot of what I am facing.

Hello @HJ-harry you can download the files by first following the steps outlined here (https://docs.globus.org/faq/transfer-sharing/#how_can_i_transfer_files_to_and_from_my_laptop_or_desktop). This will give you access to your collection(your folder/directory on your pc/mac) from which you can download the any of the files you need. You download by using "Transfer or Sync to ...." option

If possible, please share it using Google Drive, Mega or Baidu Netdisk.

the entire dataset is many TB - I don't know if they'll upload it to Google Drive - following the youtube video to download from Globus should not take too long

it is hard for enterprise users to access it since exposing enterprise endpoint to globus is a security risk. Hope Globus can fix it some time. but thanks for the explanation in this thread.
