How to continue training from a checkpoint ?

Hello guys,

Thank you very much for your work, it's amazing.
I trained a low and high res model, but it was far from enough to get a good result.
Therefore, I would like to continue training, but without loosing the 60+ hours already spent on this.

Could you please tell us how to relaunch the training, but continuing from where it was left off instead of restating all over ?
