Patrons whose barcodes are corrected in ILS don't have their barcodes corrected in circ manager

I'm looking at what appears to be the aftermath of a situation where a patron's barcode was incorrectly set with a 'B' at the front. The 'B' was removed in the ILS but it's stuck around in the patron's patrons record in the circulation manager. I believe this makes it impossible for them to authenticate using their barcode.
