EDIT: manual filter is removed with the revert in v0.2.2

This commit implements a manual filter that will help fix the problem in spreadsheet files processing.
For .csv file type too much transformations involved so it's best to wait for papaparse.

Re-implemented with another method in v0.3.3,
Now supports both xlsx and csv.
