Transform設定時のinternal error

とても便利なツールをありがとうございます。Transform設定時のinternal errorに遭遇したので報告します。
症状
ビルド時に以下のエラーが発生します。

再現条件
- ねこアイマスク(無料です)をヒエラルキーのアバターの下に追加
- AvatarMenuCreatorを開き下記画像の設定でCreate
- Unityの再生ボタンを押してPlayモードに入る
※Transformの数値(特に末尾要素、画像で言うとOption2)に0が多いと起きがちな気がします。
