Hi Adam,
I'm really enjoying using this package to analyse some of the HTT repeat data I'm using in my PhD (see attached). It's been really helpful to look at the reads of some of the longer repeats at a glance. I'm trying to determine whether the sequence of the repeat (and specifically the 3' interruption) may be related to somatic instability. The figure on the right of the output pdf has the potential to allow me to identify some possible trends but in its present state it is quite difficult as the position of the 3' interruption changes with read length. I'd love to see the same figure but with the reads lining up from the 3' end. I've had a quick look at the code that produces the figures but I couldn't think of a way to make it display as I'd like. Is it possible to switch the axis origin from left to right or possibly reverse the order of the reads so that the 3' end is on the left?
Thanks in advance,
Ant
