[Selection Example] Extra empty space after item deletion

Example: https://github.com/NativeScript/nativescript-marketplace-demo/tree/master/app/examples/listview/selection
Steps:
- open Selection example
- delete the first item
Result:

There is a problem on Android as well which is randomly reproducible:
