Log bulking

The embeds that never need changing (member log specifically) could be bulked, in case of flood, easing up on the rate limit (10 embeds ber message are possible).

Example use case: prune/anti raid nuke setting off will block the hook for hours, being able to cut that time to 1/10th could be worth considering.

This could operate on a timer/job that empties the queue every X or if the threshold 10 is reached.
