Improving the situation for VehicleModel/VehicleType/VehicleProfile

I am using vehicleModels and vehicleEquipmentProfiles.
I am still thinking that it should be possible to have a VehicleEquipmentProfile referencing multiple equipments.
"Each instantiation of this entity gives the number of items of one TYPE OF EQUIPMENT a VEHICLE MODEL should contain for a given PURPOSE OF EQUIPMENT PROFILE. The set of instantiations for one VEHICLE MODEL and one purpose gives one complete 'profile'."
So the set of VehicleEquipmentProfiles creates the profile.
The profile not being the actual profile is really confusing.
VehicleModel could be omitted.
The element description is the same for VehicleType and VehicleModel. This might be an error in the .xsd.
Anyway, it works how it is right now. Should we still aim to change it? What do you think?

After lengthy discussions within the EPIAP meeting. We decided to not change anything.
