1. The Group Rel_Struct etc designing of elements (what do you need to do)
2. What is in version and what in support
3. The handling of inheritance (with the concrete *_ elements

Does such a description exist or de we need to create it for future modelers?

You are right, that's something that needs further description (in Part 1 probably in 6.12)
Maybe we should create an issue to keep track of it
