Add guide about local SSH access?

Not entirely sure we should support this but balena devices can be accessed over local SSH using the instructions here https://www.balena.io/docs/learn/manage/ssh-access/

We could potentially write a guide on how to do this for more advanced users

I definitely disagree about documenting this. This is a recipe for disaster.
