Cannot figure out the correct APN settings for a 4G sim, miner stays relayed

hi,

i have a miner in a 40m high com tower, and i'm getting a little bit desperate, climbing up and down every time to try other settings with this 4G card, can't get it working.
anybody an idea what to do with this, it's a simcard 4G with a static ip adress from KPN in the Netherlands.

this is the file i loaded into the miner, it's a file without extension, just file.

Sounds like it's connected then but struggling to get a connection.

Have you checked there are no issues with the provider?
