Hotspot not found on onbording server

Hi , been months that i cant set up my miner due to this error “ hotspot not found on onboarding server”

i have opened ticket before and they closed without solving my problem!

i have opened another ticket nobody answer!
Try discord same!

i hope someone will help me here , miner is connected to ethernet and turned on.
