Create a list to track download progress

I think it would be useful to have a list which tracks progress. This way we can prevent redundant backups for now and focus on forums which have not been saved yet.

Hey, yeah, great idea. I'm currently trying to implement downloading the Red Tracker and Top posts from each category, but once that's working I'll start doing this.
