CSV output error - no double quoted quotes

The CSV output is not being properly parsed by other tools as quotes are not escaped (not double quoted).
Would it be possible to fix this? And perhaps add a json output instead of CSV?

I'm on vacation right now. I can fix the CSV output when I'm back in 2 weeks but I wouldn't add JSON output.
We already have that in THOR and the free THOR Lite.
If you don't have the requirement to use only open source software, I'd recommend using THOR Lite.
