Merge modules from https://github.com/HelloChatterbox/speech2text and https://github.com/HelloChatterbox/text2speech

now that plugins are a thing it makes more sense to use them, chatterbox will also move away from those 2 packages

will leave this open anyway until i port the base class improvements from those 2 packages (better validation and some more features, specially in TTS)

Makes sense, these packages are essentially depreciated in favor of individual plugins for each TTS/STT implementation, right?
