test failed on Travis-ci:

uncaught exception: AssertionError: expected false to be true (:0)
This test failed once on travis-ci with PR #19. Passed on build restart.

does not appear anymore after the latest updates, I will open an new issue if this will be a problem in the next builds. closing this for the moment.
