Right now its only possible to pick the date only, would be great to have the time included as well.

I don't maintain the project, I just package it in a gem. The code is from: https://github.com/eternicode/bootstrap-datepicker
Personally I use this one: https://github.com/zpaulovics/datetimepicker-rails. It does have a time picker.
