Doesn't work with simple_form

Hi, @Nerian

I have problem with using your gem together with simple_form gem.
When I put script (the same as in readme) after form in my view, then it does work.
But when I put the same script directly after input field in my custom sipmle_form input (or add there data-provide attribute instead) it does not work.
I will give you more info and some examples later if you need, when I will have access to my PC with test project.
Do you have any idea what could be the problem?
