Saved diagrams panel hidden if saved settings chosen that had panel hidden

Because there is a setting to show or hide a panel with the list of saved settings, this setting is included in the saved settings. This means if you have the option enabled and you choose a setting that was saved when the option was disabled, the panel will disappear.

I think users would expect that the panel would stay hiding or showing regardless and not be affected by loading saved settings, so I propose we don't load this setting when selecting a saved setting to load (i.e. only save/load it for remembered what was in the form, not for the named saved settings).
