Summary
The docker version listed on this page, 19.3.1 does not seem to work with the 3.9.32 version of the installer. The installer doesn't complain about the version but the Traefik container never starts up and as a result, fails with an error being unable to reach port 80 on the local machine. The following line in the docker-compose.yml file appears to not be supported by this version of docker:
host.docker.internal:host-gateway
I haven't verified this but this is what my customer is saying.
This documentation should be updated with the minimum version that is supported and the installer should notify the user that the 19.x versions aren't supported. Installing a later version (20.x) version of docker addressed the issue.
