Missing execute-api actions

AWS' IAM documentation is incomplete for API Gateway and as a result data.json is missing an action and condition_key data.

• The action "execute-api:ManageConnections" for V2 Websocket API Gateways is missing. (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/apigateway/latest/developerguide/apigateway-websocket-control-access-iam.html).
• API Gateway condition keys are missing, although its not immediately clear which actions they apply to. Definitely "execute-api", but unclear if they work on "apigateway" as well. (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/apigateway/latest/developerguide/apigateway-resource-policies-aws-condition-keys.html).

Recent policyuniverse update resolved this issue. The condition keys are still missing, but that's a defect in the base AWS metadata.
