Need to investigate if we can make the Java layer much smaller (300M currently)

Investigated and the overhead is truly the size of the Oracle JVM install size. We could delete some of the files we know we don't use (like src.zip), but unlikely a good idea given it isn't our technology.

Investigating shows that without removing parts of Oracle JVM is possible, but not a good idea.
