Hi,
Im having trouble restarting the cluster as all nodes went down.
Startup fails with "Unable to contact any seeds!" on all nodes and i'm unable to restore backups.
What is the procedure get the cluster running again?

Did you have it run fully prior to the restore? Btw, there were many similar questions like this in the past, it is a good idea that you explore the closed issues to see if you can get a solution there quickly.
