question about this run in docker

our app run in docker container，so when we reboot the app ，it maybe run on different server，i think hollow will download the data from oss，and then restore those on the local server, and then load those data into the memory. is that mean ,every time I reboot the docker app, the consumer , it will download the data from oss to local server?
