Returning from blind transfer does not open Phone Island

Describe the bug
If you make a blind transfer and the user doesn't answer, when you return from the transfer, it rings but the phone island does not open

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make a blind transfer
  2. Do not answer and wait for the call to return
  3. You hear it ringing
  4. The phone island does not open and the call cannot be resumed

Expected behavior
After returning from the blind transfer you must resume the call

Actual behavior
After returning from the blind transfer you cannot resume the call

The issue with blind transfer causing the phone island to crash has been tested, and the bug is no longer reproducible. Therefore, the fix has successfully resolved the problem.
