Add ability to connect to other roll-ups using zkSync infra

iCandy is running their own rollup that uses the same underlying infrastructure as zkSync hence contracts are compiled the same way. They have asked for support in our Remix Plugin and I think the only thing that needs to be implemented is a whitelist to support other RPCs and networks within Metamask.
