Make new ui Form component

it would be nice if thought in a way that generalizes the behaviour of this component for all the "make cv" sections

requirements:

highlight the current input related to the scroll of the page and put the others fields with less opacity
if the user click at some input, the scroll should move to the area related to the field too
"enter" key should make the form go to the next input
