Front-end web service

• Handle incoming requests, through a singular endpoint, using POST
• Create and store sessions, that connect to the file sync service, and the events that it emits
• Ability to poll and possibly use WebSockets to listen and subscribe to certain events that go through the web dispatcher
• Push new file system events and updates to the file sync service
