Mods disappearing from data folder

Mods are randomly disappearing from the data folder, but Vortex lists them in the enabled mods. The game can't find them because they're not in the data folder, but Vortex isn't aware of their absence.

Re-installing the mod over the original mod has solved the problem for me.

Sounds like you didn't deploy your mods after enabling them. Closing.
