Describe the bug
After pulling v2.13.0 the list of Proxy Hosts shows "Let's Encrypt" in the column "SSL" for all hosts, although there are many hosts using a custom cert.

Nginx Proxy Manager Version
2.13.0

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Use a Container with v2.12.6.
  2. Have some Proxy Hosts using a custom SSL
  3. Update/Pull to v2.13.0.

Expected behavior
Show the correct setting in the column "SSL" ("Let's Encrypt" or "custom SSL").
